• Returns: You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at shop@xroboticsworks.com with your order number and the reason for return. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Refunds: Once we receive your returned items and inspect them, we will process a refund for the purchase amount. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
